We've lived through the challenges of achieving SRE operational excellence and understand the struggles firsthand. Born from this wealth of experience, Temperstack addresses the $35B annual downtime problem that plagues developers & enterprises worldwide. We strongly believe that developers who build should also operate and maintain their infra and codes reliability. Unfortunately all things in monitoring, alerting and incident management are manual, dreary, time consuming and need specialised knowledge. Hence, We are on a mission to automate alerting and incident managment, empower developers. We are building Temperstack - the tool we always wished existed - a comprehensive, easy-to-use platform that encapsulates our expertise and best practices. So that every Developer has his SRE automated and best in class irrespective of what observability tool they use or don't use. They don't need to know anything special or spend more that 60 min a month to manage 99.99% uptime. www.temperstack.com ( Don't judge this book by its cover! We built it for developers & ... also sell it to Enterprises ) ## 🔥 Launch Offer: 30-day free trial for all Product Hunt users! 🔥 Join us in this revolution. We would love to have each of you try and give us feedback to make it better for developers. What features would make Temperstack a must-have for your team? team@temperstack.com

@mohan_nsn congratulations on the launch!! The ai runbooks sounds super cool. I wish I had these a decade ago rather than searching through stackoverflow!
Sridhar
@mohan_nsn congratulations on the launch. Much needed and love the approach from your team to solve an important set of use cases for SRE. All the best.

@mohan_nsn Congratulations team! Impressive set of features and use cases solved. Will recommend my team to give it a spin

Great Product! This will reduce the turn around time for solving customer issues. More power to you and the team!
Bhavin Doshi
@akshay_mehra1 not just customer issues, but also technical issues (which might not have become customer issues yet) - there by saving precious engg bandwidth and also prevent issues from spilling over to the customers!

Ensure right engineers are notified - excited to see nuances on this one. Many orgs that I have witnessed suffer with the incident owner being shifted multiple times in the first hour before the right owner is identified. This, combined with the never-ending team changes through attrition, hiring and internal mobility adds to the confusion. Are you able to share more details on whats already built on this track, and whats in pipeline?
Mohan Natarajan
@bhavin_doshi We have 1.ALCOM (alert completeness score ) , automated daily audit and automated protection of Infra and micro services 2. Incident management - on call and roster management - voice, email , slack , ms teams 3. AI- assisted real time run books 4. Out of box integrations with AWS, GCP, Azure , NewRelic, Data dog, Splunk , Appdynamics & Dynatrace - more on demand from users In-pipeline - Alert optimisation v2 - Alert aggregation and war-room orchestration - Accelerated RCA and RCA full lifecycle - Infra and API catalogue + alert correlation - Ping monitoring as a service -Customer flow view of health ( eg: check out flow in e-commerce and all dependent apis including external )

What would you say your similar/competing products are? A video explaining the product more would be helpful!

@aditya_anand 🙏 we dont have any direct competition - as we fill gaps in the value chain and work with all current players - we work on giving 10X returns with your exiting stack at 1/10 the effort. Demo: https://youtu.be/ZJGGUAi6hKE
Bhavin Doshi
@mohan_nsn engineers are more of hex people! How about 16x return at 1/16th the effort 🙂
Mohan Natarajan
@bhavin_doshi Sure thing - based on feedback from users we promise to take it to 16X with 1/16 the effort - please use and help us
Kyrylo Silin
Hey Mohan, I'm interested in the ALCOM Score you mentioned. How exactly is that calculated? How customizable are the AI-powered runbooks? Congrats on the launch!
Mohan Natarajan
@kyrylosilin you can look at our docs https://docs.temperstack.com/ On run books you can customise and add custom steps
Bhavin Doshi
@kyrylosilin AFAICT the ALCOM score is the best metric I have seen that quantifies the quality of infrastructure observability in a single number for the most complex orgs with a lot of nuances to their infra.

Congratulations on the launch! Rooting for the Temperstack team! 🚀

This looks very neat. MTTR is an important metric for us and I believe this tool can help us improve that metric. Are you also planning to offer detailed analytics (time series/leaderboard etc) on service level performance?
Mohan Natarajan
@lambdafunctions yes thats in pipeline.
Mayank Pokharna
This looks like an amazing tool. I think I will get my team on it asap :)
Deven Vyas
Congratulations on the launch! Can’t wait to try out. Everything aside, even if it can just help us setup monitoring and alerts across all our services, that alone would be helpful to us right now.
Alex Dulub
Hi Mohan, Temperstack sounds like a game-changer for SRE and DevOps teams! The AI-powered runbooks and quick integration are particularly impressive. How does the ALCOM Score work in improving alert comprehensiveness? Looking forward to trying out the 30-day free trial!
Mohan Natarajan
@web3_antivirus you will get more details here https://docs.temperstack.com/tem... Quick reply : Our systems connect to your observability tool discover all Infra and APIs ( listing ) we then check the alerts are there as per the template for the resource ( we provide you best practices template which you can modify ) We run an audit everyday + on demand and get the ALCOM score
