Hey everyone - I'm a solo founder, and I built TaskIQ because every time I tried to set up Monday.com or ClickUp for a small project, I'd spend more time configuring the tool than doing the work. The big platforms are powerful, but for a team of 2-10 that power is mostly overhead. So I built the version I wished existed: the core stuff (boards, tasks, subtasks, drag-and-drop, templates, real-time updates) done well, nothing you have to grow into.
