Talvo - Talent on-demand, results on-repeat

Hello PH community 👋 My name is Jason and I'm a first-time startup founder that has just launched Talvo. I've spent the last decade in recruitment and the last 6 years at Meta as an in-house Talent Sourcer and Recruitment Manager. After unfortunately getting caught up in the layoffs, I decided it was time to give this startup founding thing a go... so here we are! 💡 Why Did I Create Talvo? I created Talvo to usher in a new era for flexible talent solutions and how companies go about recruiting using third parties. The term "recruitment agency" usually brings with it a sense of dread. This is usually down to high costs, pushy sales techniques and one-time 'get the fee and get out' exchanges. Talvo looks to buck the trend and provides a flexible, transparent, cost-effective and partnership-centric way to go about recruiting and hiring top talent. 👀 What does Talvo do? Talvo is aimed at giving in-house talent acquisition leaders hiring peace of mind. With an embedded sourcing partner on a subscription, the user will benefit from easily being able to expand their hiring capacity and also have a dedicated sourcing partner to call upon at any time who is ready to go and immersed in their hiring goals, culture, mission and values.

Having recently been searching for roles personally, I can only attest to a company like Talvo that decreases the cost for companies recruiting which can also lead to those employers being able to make roles more lucrative to candidates.
