Every time you open a new tab, a notepad synchronized between all your computers appear.
Being a screen that is naturally in our daily flow, the new tab has a lot of potentials to be used as a quick and easily accessible notepad.

Hello Everyone, First product I've submitted on the chrome webstore + first product I've submitted on PH 😶 I tried many different systems to keep track of my day to day work/everything (evernote, google docs, slack, etc…) but so far this one seems the more natural to me. I find it quickly accessible & I managed to keep it synchronized between all my computers using the chrome api. It’s a work in progress so let me know if you have some improvements or features you would like to see! 👍

@johnalxndr Hey John, you can already create links by selecting some text (a toolbox will appear with some formatting options) but yes, markdown can be a nice feature to add. Thanks for your insight.

@kaushalvyas010 Hello Kaushal, in Papier there is no sync between computers, that's why I started this little project. I have 2 computers at work plus another one at home so it was one of the most important feature for me. Thanks for the interest !

@alainduruy @kaushalvyas010 I think Papier does sync between computers if you use a chrome profile. I wish both of these tools would sync to an Evernote note or something like that. @kaushalvyas010 how do you sync between computers? Nice job btw!

Awesome addition to Chrome! One minor issue is the temperature is in C - can users change to Fahrenheit?

@barrettshepherd I've just updated the extension. Now if you click on the temperature you can change the unit!

Congrats on your first product on PH @alainduruy! Really like the idea here, and always love seeing creative uses of the chrome new tab screen. A screen that is naturally in our daily flow has a lot of potential to be used to form habits or for repetitive tasks. All the best with launch day 🚀

This is awesome. I use Papier but it doesn't sync between computers. What would be more awesome would be if you had a Tab Text iOS app that was just a single note synced with this as well. I would definitely use that too!

Looks great mate! Such simple and neat UI. Would love to see options like, default font and size settings in the coming updates. Will you be able to add a button at the top that can let me switch to my default new tab page with Gogle search bar and installed apps?

@prajwalk Hey Prajwal! Default settings is a cool idea. I've added it to my todo ✔︎ For the google button I'll have to check if it's possible but I think it's doable.

OMG... what a kick ass idea! I love it... whether we want to face it or not... we're stuck in the browser... those dumb enough to use something other than chrome have no idea what they're missing.... an extension like this is invaluable!

Why is this no longer available? I was lucky enough to be able to use this extension for a few years and it was amazing. I haven't been able to find anything quite like it. Is there any way that this will make its way back to the chrome extension store or anywhere else?
