Superside - Hassle-free design for Scale-up and Enterprise teams

Needs a more expensive pricing model that supports fair wages. Another voodoo company devaluing design. False promise in this business model in the wording of "dedicated" staff. It's just not possible at this cost to truly have people dedicated to your business. In FAQ when asked if clients will have access to those dedicated staff, the answer is that the point of Superside is not to worry about your work, it's just magic. The math doesn't add up and this sounds sketchy. $3K/month for 7 "dedicated" employees means that if those folks worked a very lax 20 hour work week (just in case you want to lie and have them work for two clients and not be "dedicated") for the whole month, they'd make a whopping $5.36/hour. And that's if Superside takes no cut. Very skeptical of how this all works and if they are supporting US designers while paying them industry standard wages.

Very unprofessional. Tend to be deceptive about the effort estimates until you sign the contract and got locked in. Nothing significant gets done in the amount you paid for unless you buy extra hours. Feel like scammed!
