hi everyone, Damien here, co-founder and CTO at Envolve Data. We are soft launching StoreWise: a platform to help manage retail field teams: comms, tasks, insights. As we target markets in Asia at first; we have focused the UX on a 'chat-centric' approach with our audience in mind (retailers and brands use WhatsApp / Line / Zalo / etc) for day to day business operations. Out of the box, we focus on using "smart action cards" to be sent by Chat to help with announcing news, assigning tasks and collecting data from the field via forms. The app extends by connecting POS / Inventory / CRM data for AI driven personalised operational recommendations to help fix day to day store performance issues.
