STEM - is a sports team statistics token exchange. Each sports team on the exchange has its own token, the price of which depends solely on the performance of the game, ratings and the cost of the team's players.

Back in 2012, I had the experience of creating a service for sports analytics and sports matches. Then I realized that no one evaluates teams comprehensively, as they do in a business environment. For example, corporations have business indicators (revenue, income) and they have stocks that are traded on exchanges. And you can look at sports teams in the same way. The success of the team's game and its ratings can be a factor by which we can evaluate them. The better the team shows its results, the higher it should be evaluated. And so we have created a completely unique product that allows you to evaluate teams based on their game data and each team is issued its own token This allows all football fans to stop making risky sports bets and start monetizing their knowledge about sports on the STEM platform.

@nuno_ms_reis I think the tokens of sports team statistics on our exchange will definitely become a replacement for sports betting. After all, sports betting implies every time the risk of losing all the money, whereas buying a statistics token of any sports team, the user does not risk losing money from 1 unsuccessful team match. After all, the price of the token is constantly changing, today it has decreased, and after a few matches of the team, the price may greatly exceed the price at which he bought it. Profit!)

@pavel_kozichev That's very well put. Rather than sports betting you'd be sports investing. Could even be a viable alternative to investing in sport clubs stocks (the ones that are publicly tradeable). I honestly like the idea, a lot!

In the coming months, new functionality will be added to our product, expanded statistics for each sports team, as well as new trading modes (trading with crediting funds, trading in classic cryptocurrencies). And new football teams will be added. This year we plan to add other sports besides football.
