Very good idea! It's super cool! I have a daily routine (stretching after waking up) and weekly routine (two boxing sessions), but it's hard to push myself to make a meditation routine during my short breaks at work. I'll give it a try :)

Cool idea! Is this solution acting on my behavior (aka processing my personal data which I would see as an adoption issue) or is it using generic / questionnaire based logic?
