We’ve tested their technical skills, and can create bespoke tests for you, so you can see the results of those before choosing who to move forward with. You could be interviewing in 24 hours! 🚀 But we don’t just leave you there, oh no. Once the amazing Skipper has started working with you, you’ll then have a Customer Success Manager to help everyone stay on the right track, because we all know how difficult it can be to manage people remotely. The CSM manages the Skipper through our platform, where they have a dashboard of everything from JIRA tasks to worked hours, to customer NPS. And the developer has direct contact with the CSM. This means we can spot challenges before they become blockers, and we can create solutions - from suggestions on changes to tasks to providing you with a Project Manager to help run the sprints. @alexodin Finding a good outsource specialist / expert has always been really challenging and also a big pain. Glad to hear, that now we have an alternative to over-hyped and overwhelmed with garbage offers services like Upwork / Fiverrr. I love the simplistic and minimalist UI of the platform, that just SOLVES the task without extra graphic noise or disturbing Ads. @fryderyq listen, the most popular type of request on Intch (my service) is related to hiring (from both sides). So, it's actually really hard. The problem is in any field there are a lot of specialists. But all companies want to hire top 10-30% of them (in some cases 2-5%). These people don't look for opportunities. Typically they get offers even before they left their previous companies.

@daniel_engels Hi Daniel! Thnx for your question. Now we're working with talents from South America, Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe, but we haven't got any geographic restrictions.
