The teas I got in my box were amazing. They sent me a nice variety of teas I like and I got multiple of each so I can share them with my family. I also love that I got all the accessories needed to enjoy the teas they sent! Would absolutely recommend this service!
I recently received my first subscription box of teas. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety that I received. I have sampled a couple of flavors and enjoyed them. I love the idea of a subscription box and look forward to the different flavors I can experience.
I get 15+ cups (30+ if I re-steep) a month for only $15 - that's less than $1 a cup and the tea is GOOOOOOD! The brands they feature are some of the most premium, high-quality tea brands out there and I always look forward to seeing what they're going to match me with next (they customize each monthly box, based on an algorithm from preferences you've indicated in a tea-profile survey) - plus you can take the quiz, as many times as you want to switch-up what you're going to get. I did it several times just to test their logic and it's brilliant! I definitely noticed a change in tea types & blends with each tea-profile change I made. They are on their game. Oh, and I can also pause or cancel my subscription anytime, in case I'm traveling which I'm not doing anytime soon ;)
Love Sips by! I've been a subscriber for over a year now and have discovered so many new teas I never even knew existed. I set my profile to include only or mostly loose leaf teas. Each month, I can go in and rate each one and I've actually noticed a difference over time in the teas I get. They also take into account certain things you don't want (I hate stevia, for example, and I've never received a tea with stevia). Over the holidays, I gifted Sips by to a friend and there were a few system issues with gifting I think (she wasn't able to activate the code the first time), but customer service was helpful and got it resolved. The system issues seem to have been resolved since, because I recently gifted Sips by to my mom for Mother's Day and there were no issues at all. I also love Sips by's curated non-subscription boxes - I bought a Sleep Tea Box because I have trouble sleeping and the teas worked wonders. Definitely recommend!
I ordered the subscription for about a year and it was really great for my wife and I to experience some amazing types of tea that set us on our tea journey. We are very passionate about drinking tea on a daily basis now.
I signed up a few years ago and have kept my subscription ever since. Great alternative to coffee every morning and I really enjoy all the themed boxes they offer as well. I've never had any issues with lack of variety like others are saying. Great mothers day present too!
I love how responsive this whole process is and how they actually pay attention to how I rate stuff and I see that responsiveness in each successive tea box. I loved my box this month. It had a great variety of tea and I enjoyed it all.
It's the gift that keeps on giving! I'm more of a coffee drinker myself, but I gifted a sipsby subscription to my sister for her birthday last year because she is very into wellness. Every now and then she'll text me a pic of the teas she receives and any new favorites she finds. She only has great things to say about her experience and it was the perfect gift for her.

My daughter gifted this to me and it's great. I recorded my likes and dislikes in the tea quiz and am happy with the results. I discovered a Tumeric tea that I really like a lot!!
I recently purchased a 3 month gift subscription for my niece. After I did so I noticed that they would continue to bill me after the 3 month gift I had paid for. I contacted the company to see why I would continue to be billed when it was a gift and was told to contact them once the gift had ended in 3 months. I just found out yesterday that they asked my niece for her credit card info. Not very happy with this company. I would NEVER purchase another gift for anyone nor would I subscribe as I had wanted to. They are very responsive when you have questions about subscribing but when I asked them why this gift would continue to be billed and if they could notate it on their end to not continue to charge me & I have received no response and sadly neither do I expect to.

Bought as gift. Wife never able to activate code. Customer service rarely responded and unable to correct. Never sent a refund as they said they would. Doesn't return emails. No telephone number to contact company. Takes your money and provides no product or refund.

Faster ship times, spacing in between billing. My issue with them is that I am billed on the 20th of each and by the time my teas arrive. It is time for me to be billed again. The variety of teas is pretty good. Normally 4 a month with about 4 each of each flavor. It's an amazing service. I just wish they would iron out either getting the teas shipped out quicker or once they charge you. Ship your teas immediately afterwards.

I got a 6 month subscription personalized tea gift, and I hve to pay for the shipping which for 6 months ends up being over 60$. And they say that they will keep on charging me after the subscription ends even though it's a gift to me, Your company will not be getting any money out of me after this stupid subscription ends. And getting the gift code to work was a nightmare I was on the computer for 2 hours re entering the code, and then suddenly it decides to work like WTF. 1 out of 5 stars for SipsBy, I'll be sticking with David's Tea .

When your gift subscription runs out, you will receive an email allowing you to pause or cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue.
