@attwell_wang Hey Attwell. I like when i see something related to Project management. Have been a PM myself for a long time. I have something to check on as your site was really slow to load: 1. Do you have a doc/knowledge module integrated. This helps across phases and team orientations of its part of the PM software. 2. Do you have something that also tracks the performance of each team member in the project and not only a task view.. 3. Do you have a issue tracking integrated that automated to fetch tkts from any mode/feed for a unified view Happy to connect on LinkedIn as well.

While the Atlassian ecosystem offers a range of powerful project management tools, I believe there are several compelling reasons why you should consider switching to Sanplex: Sanplex isn't like a universal task tracker for any possible use case. We are more potful in Project management frameworks. When Jira provides like a "white board" interface where you have to be an expert to setup all the things regarding the certain project management framework to be efficient. Sanplex brings you through the methodologies of project management with the out of box solutions to guarantee the result of your work: professional Kanban (not just a board with the cards like in Jira that requires installing of many 3rd party apps to make it work as a real Kanban), QA module, Project Space that fits management approaches on the top of the edge knowledge (PMI, Prince II, EP, Scrum, etc), Configured dashboards and dedicated spaces for product management and Executive teams to see the key data and insights about how the company Portfolio and Program management goes. I see Atlassian as a solution for everyone who has passion for understanding how the approaches work in reality because Atlassian provides you more like a sandbox with many 3rd arty tools to configure your workflow somehow while Sanplex provides you with validated workflows out of the box. @attwell_wang Thank you for the detailed response. It definitely makes sense. My team and will try Sanplex, so we can provide valuable feedback. Most companies don't know how to use Jira. In their mind, product management is a matter of dragging and dropping cards between columns. This use of the tool makes processes tick, with no real benefit. And only in a few companies (like Checkout & Processout) I have seen amazing customization and use of the product. In this company, all the processes helped to develop the product in time. You need to understand that you need a separate specialist to customize Jira.

@attwell_wang If Sanplex can provide with the best setup that can create a perfect pipeline for product development, it should be used by small or middle size companies. Jira is more about Enterprise and large organizations, as it allows customizations that can bring benefits. That’s my personal thought. My team and I will test Sanplex soon.

@attwell_wang bigtime congrats on the launch! Looks like a really neat tool and I think we're in need of more PM tools in the space. A few suggestions or questions related to the pricing page..1. For the free side you've got "Effortless Effort Recording" not exactly sure what that means but I think for people looking at pricing it would be nice to understand the value prop there and 2. On the pricing page you've got monthly and annual billing (monthly with 20% off) but you have no pricing listed so that all feels a little strange as a user (Custom is sales led clearly and small teams are free (which is great)) Personally i'd think about removing the monthly / annual and 20% from the pricing page and just have free for X users with X features and contact sales for bigger teams - that way you can mix in those annual / volume discounts when you're negotiating pricing to give you more wiggle room. Food for thought anyways!

However, I want to assure you that it's a priority for us, and we have it planned on our roadmap. We understand the importance of seamless integration with existing testing tools, and we're actively working towards providing that capability in a future update of Sanplex.
