Great stuff! Especially with less senior sales reps, there really is a gap between note-taking and actions/followups in SFDC. Does your app integrate seamlessly with any version of Salesforce, or are there specific versions or modules it's most compatible with?

so does it integrate with CRMs automatically and write notes from the actual voice call or is this stuff the user has to do on their own?

@kingromstar hi Rami, Sales Sparrow integrates with salesforce but currently does not automatically write notes from the actual voice calls. We were thinking about this initially (integrating with zoom + a bot to listen into calls) but decided to keep it on the back burner. But thanks, we will put more thought into it.

I've definitely had moments where I forgot to follow up with someone or missed setting up a call. It's great that Sales Sparrow lets me add notes directly in Salesforce and even gives recommendations for creating tasks.
