Making it easy to keep updates and share context about incidents in Slack? Automating all of the administrative incident response tasks? Generating an incident timeline for me? Yes, please!

I was intimately involved in many of those incidents that Quentin mentions and I can tell you I wish we'd had this kind of tooling back then. It saves a lot of heartache for your team and, more importantly, your customers. Great product!

Amazing to see an Incident tool integrate the tools users are already using (Slack is everywhere), rather than asking companies to multiply SaaS frontends. Congrats Rootly! I see a bigger trend.
