Is there any concern about end users feeling unhappy speaking with AI instead of humans? How should we manage any potential backlash?
Don't get me wrong, customer service is a brilliant application of AI ❤️.
@jgani Thank you for your support Jonni! Great question: the absolute majority of people would rather be helped immediately by AI instead of listening to waiting music for 30 minutes. The people that don't want to speak to an AI agent can ask if they can speak to a human, and the AI agent can transfer the call to a human. That way everyone is happy!
@maurizioisendoorn This is so great, I suddenly got flashbacks of all the times I had to wait for minutessssss and minutessss to have my issue addressed to the concerned person and it frustrates me now even to think of it. This will be such a relief in the e-commerce industry! Congratulations!

This is great! I've seen one other similar product so far - Aircall. After listening to Ringly call demo I can say that it's definitely just as good as Aircall, so congrats ! What is your key differentiator from other similar tools?
@simona_o_neill3 Thanks Simona! We've indeed seen similar products but we tried to improve on how the AI sounds a lot. We actually used eleven labs premium voices unlike our competitors to make is sound even more human! Further, we are more targeted at solving a specific problem for business owners, rather than building a more general product. In the future, we are looking to add even more features like abandoned cart recall.
Ringly sounds like a great idea, especially for businesses that don't have time for regular customer support. It's a real solution to avoid losing customers.
The only question is, how do you ensure that AI gives customers the right information?
@michaelshver Thanks Michael! In the software you can add a prompt and say that the AI agent needs to stick to the following information. We've tested this a lot and the AI does not give wrong answers when you structure it like this.

Do you have any roadmap to support e-commerce websites built using programming languages instead of content management systems such as woocommerce, Shopify, etc?
@manitejanoone Thanks for your support! Regarding the e-commerce websites built using programming languages, it would require some custom development. But we are going to make that as simple as possible to integrate.

Good question! We know that an AI is not able to solve 100% of the questions it gets, that's why we added a feature that allows the AI to transfer the phone call to a human agent!
congrats on the launch, maurizio and ruben! creating an AI phone agent for e-commerce customer service sounds like a game changer. how do you ensure the AI agent can effectively handle a wide range of customer queries?
@mashy Thanks Albert! We do this by giving users the option to customize the agent, based on what their customers need. You can write a prompt with the right information. Or if a human is needed, the AI can transfer the call to a human agent.

@roanjoh Hey Robert André, we're certainly planning to add as many languages as possible, but it can take some time before Norwegian will be added. As you already have an account with us, you'll get an email when we add new languages :)
