Hi Product Hunters, this is Heatherm Huang, maker of RewardMe. RewardMe is a new way of reward program that helps you earn shopping rewards automatically at your favourite merchants and brands. By simply binding your email accounts or credit cards, you will automatically get rewarded on eligible purchases in either cryptocurrencies or reward dollars. The best part about RewardMe is that you get to enjoy extra rewards on top of other reward programs you’ve already signed up for! On the other hand, RewardMe aggregates de-identified purchase information from email receipts or credit card transactions, and generates actionable consumer insights with the underlying Measurable Data Token, to empower individuals to share anonymous shopping data and impact some of the biggest questions investors, corporates and researchers have. Former US presidential candidate Andrew Yang recently launched a campaign called "Data Dividend Project" and wants you to get paid for your data. At Measurable Data Token, we've paid out more than $1 million worth of data rewards to users in past 2 years. RewardMe is our latest experiment to empower users to control and monetise their data.

Looks like the well-known credit card rewards are turning crypto. Given that this solution is about giving people more control over their data in the form of rewards, and that the credit card providers have historically owned and sold this customer data, is there any thought on creating a feature for users that see who has queried and used their personal data?

@rasmuskors We believe data privacy and protection should work equally both way. Data contributor and data buyer's identify should be both anonymously de-identified in data exchanges. Thanks to blockchain, we can achieve data anonymity and traceability at the same time.
