Retreat - Online group travel

Hello Product Hunt community! 👋 I’m Shun, Co-Founder of Retreat. Back in 2020, COVID-19 first hit, I embarked on the startup with a productivity tool for remote workers, building my own remote team and securing funding by Jason Calacanis and Pioneer. However, after a year, the team was split, and I was struck by the critical issue of in-person meetings. This insight led me to launch company offsite package for remote teams - a huge challenge for me as an engineer and a non-native English speaker, especially when it comes to negotiating with the local hotels over the phone. 3 years into the Offsite market, we realized this profound pain points in the group travel. Booking hotels for 30+, direct back and forth with hotels is a must, as OTA like Expedia and Booking com do not support more than 30 pax handling, with meeting rooms & F&B arrangements. Also, the attendee management is cumbersome work. Coordinating employees from around the global and designing a week’s agenda can not be efficiently managed with the spreadsheets anymore.
