Hey everyone! I'm super stoked to put Reffresh out into the wild. After bumping into this problem a bunch of times personally, either waiting for a backend team to deliver a feature. Needing example data for creating learning materials. Mock data for integration tests and so on. I've taken the jump to just build it! Reffresh is intended to be a simple, no code tool that you can use to create API endpoints.

@n1c This is amazing for product development. 🎉Congrats! We're launching "Cascad3 - A decentralized inspiration-driven publishing platform" on Product Hunt soon. Let's collaborate! I would appreciate your support and feedback by clicking the "Notify Me" button to stay tuned and be the first to know when Cascad3 debuts on the stage.👇 producthunt.com/products/cascad3 Thank you! Nic this is really cool. Is it possible to add mock headers as well? Sometimes API's are so specific with header information, it'd be great to tests against them.

Hey @marcperel thanks for the question! At the moment no, we don't check or validate headers but that's a rad idea I'll put it on the backlog.

Love this! Such a simple and useful little tool for anyone working on front end code and not wanting to deal with setting up a dev/staging environment for an entire back end. Nicely done!

This is a really cool product! It looks like it makes setting up mock responses a breeze and a pleasure! Well done on this.

Epic Nic! This is pretty cool. Could have used this a few weeks ago on a project 🤣

Could this take an openapi spec to scaffold up a test api?
Nic M
Hey @bradwhittington thanks for the question! I've specifically avoided those sorts of integrations for now as there's already a load of great tooling for it. I'm specifically aiming for Reffresh to be the quick and easy tool you reach for when you just want an endpoint to hit with a few clicks.

This is a great idea Nic! Loving the execution as well. So clean.

Well done Nic and congratulations on the launch! This tool is going to be really useful to a lot of devs out there, I know I have definitely had a need for this in my day to day!
