Congratulations on the launch! I like the promise of this tool, but it seems to me like magic, still. I have three questions: 1. What kind of model do you use? 2. How much does an HR person need to work with your tool to put together a good enough description so that Potis is able to correctly assess the fit of a candidate? 3. How do you prevent AI fooling your AI tool with hallucinations and other anomalies?

@geri_mate Thank you! 1. We use the STAR model. Potis prepares the situation, constructs questions according to the job requirements and industry specifics, and conducts the interview according to this script. If the question was about LLM ;-), I will leave it unanswered for now, there are several commercial and open source models under the hood 2. HR specialist only needs a standard good job description, and then our copilot does everything by itself. Of course, job descriptions are not always as detailed as they need to be, so we are in the process of writing a job description builder that will be available to everyone. 3. We have been testing the product in closed mode for quite a long time and finetuning to avoid anomalies. In any case, the HR specialist has access to absolutely all the information on the interview to do a second validation.

Very cool product! A great feature would be a detection of AI-input of the candidate - because I feel like many people would just put in the questions to GPT and generate a good answer.

@lrueger Forwarding the question to GPT will not be so easy. Potis uses the STAR methodology to conduct interviews, so you need to understand the scenario and all previous answers in order to answer.

Very promising! Intrigued to implement it. Should it really be able to reduce or even remove bias from the process and the boring search through hundreds of applications, I dare say it has the potential to make selection fairer. This product is exactly what I am looking for. To be honest, doing screen CV for hundreds candidates is a quite boring job. Interviewing them to find the best talent also take time.
