Phonely - AI voice + vision to schedule any call

Hey all! Will here one of the creators of Phonely! Our mission is to create an AI receptionist that can truly do everything that a person can do over the phone. You see, we're not just trying to create a chatbot that can answer questions in human voice, but a true AI receptionist that can book appointments, check tracking information, transfer calls and so much more. We started by building humanlike phone conversations using AI. After we got that down we began trying to build out a bunch of integrations with software like calendars, CRM's and EHR's but realized that this was going to take forever to get to the scale we needed. SO instead of building out 10000+ integrations, we decided to just build one (Phonely Vision). Phonely Vision works by using advancements in LLM's image, text and voice processing capabilities and allows Phonely to actually see your software and use it like you would. It does this by spinning up a virtual environment and using tools like GPT vision, mouse simulation, and keyboard simulation to actually interact with the software based on your commands. This is a new frontier of AI and automation so here are its limitations and what we're working on solving: 1. Latency, currently it takes between 15 seconds to 1min to process a vision objective (i.e. scheduling an appointment) which makes two way interactions challenging 2. Accuracy and completion - its pretty good, but sometimes there are unexpected features that the AI can't handle and it takes some time to get those worked out 3. Evaluation and testing suite - we do a lot on the backend but we don't have the best way of passing it to you in the frontend We hope to fix all these things soon (with your feedback of course) Team: We're a YC backed team of PhD AI researchers and developers who care a lot about creating good software that really solves business problems.
