Hi, I got the idea to make this app as a student as more and more people shifted to online education. I saw people using many screen annotation tools out there but every one of them lacked something, so I came up with my own :)
Pensela is a screen annotation tool out there to assist you in all kinds of presentations. Unlike other screen annotation applications, which focus on screen capturing, this one revolves around the ability to draw on your screen while delivering a presentation. You can even interact with the rest of your applications with your annotations on top. As always, you can still capture a screenshot for later. Pensela allows you to:
- Draw numerous shapes like ellipses, triangles, rectangles, and other polygons and lines
- Add stickers like ticks, crosses, and stars
- Add text
- Choose from a variety of colors
- Capture Screenshots
- Use a laser pointer, highlighter, and colored Backgrounds
- And do much more
Available for Windows, Linux, and macOS as FRee and Open Source Software :)
