PathMatch is helping the students of today become skilled for the jobs of tomorrow. We’re making it easier for companies to identify and connect with matched and pre-skilled early career talent through video-based profiles. For students, we’ve created a “common app” for internships and jobs, making it easier for students to build experience through internships.. I love PathMatch! It's an opportunity to get to know what skills are needed in tech jobs and what jobs you would like to pursue in the startup space. The quiz is really helpful! We've used PathMatch to match us with all of our interns and cannot speak highly enough of this platform. It's an incredible resource for employers. We had no idea where to look for intern talent and PathMatch has taken all the guess work out of it and saved us so much time. I've referred to so many founder friends who need junior roles filled so they can execute. PathMatch students are also lightyears ahead of other candidates we've interviewed. They've been prepped for their internship roles and vetted so that the interns we match with are truly the best fit for us. If you're a founder, this is the best place to find top quality interns! (We just hired our 4th!)

I've had some really great success hiring out of undergrad but it's been hit or miss. Cool to see someone is building something to help with this. I'm definitely checking this one out. Bravo, @nancy_soni btw - how do employers pay for the service? apologies if this got answered elsewhere
