However, for organizing group corporate events with 10+ people, you still need to manually contact each venue, get quotes, and sort through PDFs, emails, and voicemails. The pricing and availability for these venues change on a daily basis, and it's not publicly available data. Nowadays has a database of 300K venues with direct communication to their sales managers. We provide detailed information like the number of guestrooms, amenities, and direct contact emails. Plus, we handle negotiations, securing 20-30% discounts compared to what clients can get on their own, saving you time and effort. As a certified travel agency, we guarantee the best rates and fastest response times. We also negotiate specific concessions that not everyone knows to request, such as ensuring no construction on site during the event and securing a free room for every 35 booked.
