Now Todo - A todo list built for focus.

Todo Now lets you swipe through your todos one at a time. Looking at a long list of tasks can be overwhelming. And you can only do one thing at a time. Todo Now reflects that reality by only showing your current task - swipe right to complete, or left to skip.

@jordandavis I downloaded Now To Do: Pros: awesome interface (love the modes, especially morning.) I also love the idea of the gestures and the tooltips (makes it almost feel game-y). I like the fact that you could add multiple tasks at the same time, write a description, and then you are done. Cons: My main issue with this is that swipe left is skip and swipe right is complete on Focus mode. Then, when you swipe up to list view - when you want to delete a task it's swipe right (where you have to swipe completely) and complete is swipe left. I would just have those swipes and language consistent. One other issue (very minor) - when you are in list settings - there should be negative space underneath the "done" button. Overall, this is such a great, easy-to-use tool. You have something to do, write it down. When you're done, complete or delete. It's great.

@raquel_winiarsky Thanks so much for the feedback! I will look at incorporating that in an update :) I definitely I struggled with the difference between focus mode and list mode swipe directions because the action choices are different, but it does make sense to keep the swipe for 'complete' on the same side. I'll take a look at that done button too :)

Hey Product Hunt, I built this app as a way to use a todo list without the overwhelm of a long list of tasks staring you down 😅. Not an issue for most people, but for some people with anxiety it can put you off todo lists completely. I'm a single full time dad of three young kids and I work remotely, so my days can get pretty hectic. Putting everything in order and then doing things one at a time helps me not lose my mind... as much :P You can also use it like a normal todo list if you want – it has multiple lists, four themes, and minimal design. I'm also hoping to release some of the code open source, since there was no good sortable-swipeable library for react-native. It's free for now... if you like the idea, get it while it's hot :)
