I have a serious problem with phone addiction. Hanging out on social media is my automatic response to stress, boredom and fatigue. 
I was wondering what the scientific journals say on this topic? I found and read over 14 articles and formed a clear methodology for myself on how to reduce the amount of screen time. I tried the methodology on my husband and friends, and decided to put together a guide for everyone. I'm a big fan of print trackers and diaries, so I added additional materials to make the process more interactive and with trackable progress. I sincerely hope this bundle will help form a healthier relationship with your phone and reduce screen time.

So many people need this. I like to think I have the discipline to back off whenever I want but I bet if I lost my cell phone I'd be 10x more productive.
