Meetz AI - AI generated personalized cold email & scheduling assistant

Hi all, Real quick wanted to give you a bit of background as a marketer and eventually a salesperson throughout my career in the SaaS industry, I usually found that booking demos was what I was good at. What I wasn't as good at was staying on top of all the leads. So I started using a personal assistant around the time I made the transition into consulting, but then I thought why not automate it and let my assistant take care of the more complex work I need to do. So I looked for a solution and there wasn't really a good one available, except for links that didn't end up working so good, either because people forgot or the links weren't built for salespeople... A bit of a guilt confession, I hope it's alright with you. I built this product for me first. So I was the first user, the road to getting here was super long. I started off with a developer and slowly became a developer myself 2 years ago. That's when I really loved building the product it, I could add features quickly and dynamically that I know would benefit me in my day to day work. What is Meetz? 1. AI Generated Cold Email: Meetz combine you business proposition, testimonials, ICP + Your Sales Tone/ methodology + PERSONALIZE it to your prospects Linkedin activity +CTA to get you that meeting! Side features: Follow up + spelling mistakes/ lowercase to look typed out + LinkedIn in the dashboard + automated AI to recognize what email pitch is working well for your company. 2. AI Email Scheduler: This took 80% of the time to build, all you need to do is CC Laura@meetz.ai (Or Laura@yourcompany.com) and just like a real assistant Laura will start sending out times in the email thread that work for you, and of course will engage with any changes in the meeting request. 3. Reactive Meeting Link: Send out a calendar link that shows your availability and allows your guests to open up their calendar for a meeting with you, they can stay on the same page to see their availability (less chance for them to forget to book the meeting). Side features: If they forget to fill it out we'll ping them to finish up the link + if you're not busy don't show it to your prospects, we allow you to set a maximum amount of "open slots per day" + your guests can cancel/reschedule their events to make time for your meeting
