@claudyah Not sure what you're asking about - since we don't include any promotions in our member experience. Members opt-in to a program - most usually being specifically invited by the community, group, or team that's running it. They can then choose to participate in regular recurring matches... or not. No promotion involved. ;)

The concept of intentional 1:1 matching is interesting! I'm curious how you handle privacy concerns, especially for more sensitive matching criteria? Do you have any data on engagement rates or outcomes from matches made through your platform? Congrats on the launch!

@kyrylosilin The criteria for matching is selected and asked by the group admin. The data points are provided by the individual participants themselves - and given only by their consent. Matching criteria has no visibility to anyone other than the admin, it's only used in our matching algorithm on the back end. Our privacy policy is all listed on site - for more detail! Every program has a full Insights tab that delivers the voluntarily-given 1-10 rating for each matching program *and* each individual match. This data is view-able by the group's admin. We share outcomes that are approved by a group on our LinkedIn feed and/or on our YouTube channel - check them out and let us know what you think!

@shivay_at_pieces Interesting idea! It can be used by any community, group, or team - but the admin for that org has to implement it for their given group. Let the Discord folks know to call us - or make any Discord 1:1 more sticky by creating a Matcha group... ;)

@melissa_moody I will be your first customer without doubt, if we can have this integration built in with Discord. I have not found any good solutions to link people 1:1 on Discord and always have to setup a Zoom / Google meet breakout rooms for the same.
