this product is literally amazing. But when one of my friends asked the ai about "who are your founders?" (after training and integration for our bis use case), the ai answered some random founder's name (which he wasn't specifically trained) and when he asked "what's your current funding status?" ai responded, "Series A, 10 million" LOL, we are bootstrapped and I don't from which data set ai is referring data 😂 whatever, Will @magicformai this product is really amazing and I truly believe and support you :)

Yes, sometimes our little AI gets ambitious...and you will see that as soon as you ask it, you can see the answers show up in real time in the "Knowledge To Learn" column, and you can simply tweak the answer then click "Add". Then, it will get it right and even be able to refer to that knowledge if another question is asked!
@magicformai KTL is super cool and useful 😎 literally in seconds I get the prompts there. Also now I know what my friends/coworkers ask an AI when they're given a chance (there are a couple of really hard questions they asked AI 😂 )
Excited to bring this to the world! Training an AI on a company's data to provide accurate information in a compelling way has been my focus for the last 3 years, and finding the best way to generate and organize information in real time has been a ton of fun. Have fun!
Tried this the other week. Literally performs much better than Intercom. I tried getting help from someone using Intercom and MagicForm simulatenously, and MagicForm answered my questions instantly. The Intercom person never got back to me. Speaks for itself. Check it out.
What a launch day! Thank you everyone for signing up and trying it out. A couple people's conversations got cut short/it stopped responding while testing it out and i'm happy to report after isolating the error we determined that it was actually too smart. We needed to dumb it down a little for it to persist. We brainstormed and are going to spend the next few days building a bigger brain to hold all that newly learned intelligence!
You can plan for traffic and scale issues, but it is incredibly exciting to be building in a decade where the primary bottleneck of the potential intelligence of the machine is wanting to naturally grow (because of the feedback loops), and starts to break the architecture around it, like a tree root under a sidewalk.

I think magic form looks fantastic. Given it would take a bit of work to program answers I'm a bit nervous about jumping on board and adding a lot of answers to questions before knowing what post beta pricing would be. Question: I'm interested to ask is there are some tools that will scan current content just help documents and blogs and present these enhances which saves having to program in answers.... this does mean you don't have granular control over answers but it certainly makes it easier. do you enviage a combination might be possible down the track?
@simon_s_j Hey Simon, great questions and thanks for the feedback! Regarding pricing--we haven't 100% locked this down but its going to be usage-based. There will always be a free tier, and our Pro will likely be $99 per month. In a few months we might add tiers on top of that but that's what we are thinking for now :)
Regarding File upload and even real time web crawling....yup its on the way!
