Create your elearning courses or interactive lessons directly from the browser. Everything is done online, you do not have to download or install anything.
Hi everyone,
I am Alex, one of the founders of LIVRESQ. The other one is Cosmin (my brother). I’ve just added him also, we did not know that we got hunted. Found out just now!:))
So,
LIVRESQ is an authoring tool for education. Basically, you have a drag and drop interface, directly in the browser, where you assemble your courses from various building blocks (apps, video, images, texts, audio, etc).
Regarding how we grow:
1. We offer LIVRESQ for free to teachers, as long as they build interactive lessons for schools. This free version made us reach teachers from around 3500 educational institutions in about 2.5 months. Here is the link to a library, where they place the lessons: https://library.livresq.com/
2. We also sell to companies that want to develop courses. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions can be bought.
@alex_malureanu - Hi Alex. I am a Catholic priest and I am a teacher of religion. I heard that I could use livresq as a teacher for free. It would be very helpful for our children. Is it possible? (my website: www.webmisie.cz)
@skoritar Hi Stefan,
Thank you for asking!
The main difference is that with LIVRESQ you can create much more complex materials (think interactive)
You can insert multiple types of elements, including applications found in other platforms like (LearningApps, Quizlet, etc).
Another thing is that you can add content barriers, making the employee/student have to pass certain interactive elements before he can continue the course.
You get to form a Table of Contents that is modified by those barriers.
Also, and this is huge: You can export the content to any LMS (Learning Management System) by using the eLearning’s industry top standard: SCORM. Basically you can track what the employee/student is doing, what actions he took, how good did he do in the tests. This is because the LMS and the LIVRESQ course speak the same language.
Here is an example, a lesson made by a teacher for her class: https://library.livresq.com/view...
@jatin_chaudhari Hi! Thank you. We have started producing some cool templates also. For those that are tired of all the courses looking like copy-paste structures.
I have created online lessons for elementary school students. I have created informative materials for online meetings with parents. What is more, Livresq offers tutorials on its own Youtube channel. I really like it because it has various tools whose function you can easily discover, using the icons intuitively.
Accordingly, the team continuously improves the program based on its users' feedback.
@floren_tina Thank you so much! I am glad that LIVRESQ is used successfully for building school content. We release new features every 2 weeks so feedback is very important for us.
I tried to buy this multiple times when it was a LTD and reached out letting them know I was having issues ordering and never received a response. If I was offered the LTD (with a better place to pay for it), I would still purchase but not at monthly.
@kristin_vargas1 It must have been something with the LTD website. We were live the entire time with LIVRESQ. Maybe we can find some common ground:). Did you get to test it? Write me an email directly at alex.malureanu@ascendia.ro please and we will find some way.
Honestly we do need the help of the training community to grow! Thankfully teachers are on board and started to create a lot of content.
@tidderjail Thank you! We are currently 28 people. We've been working on building LIVRESQ for the last 2 years. Thankfully it turned out into a great product. It is different now and harder with marketing and sales, but we are starting to get good traction, especially with teachers.
@emilia_pop Thank you. Many teachers are submitting daily to be published in the public library of LIvresq. We will bring many more useful features for building interactive lessons for sure.
The product founders are very generous to offer free subscriptions to all the teachers. I also find the product very modern. I paid for my subscription by the way.
@colin_koh Thank you very much! We are trying to help the educational sector with the help of technology so we offer it for free to them, but we also need to keep our team (paid subscriptions:))We've been doing elearning for the last 13 years and it's been a real journey to build Livresq.
I really like Livresq because it gives me the opportunity to create my own educational resources. I will soon complete them and publish them in the livresq library.
Excellent platforme for e-learning. I am a teacher and I use this great tool for creating interactive lessons. Very important - it is FREE for teachers.
LIVRESQ is an awesome platform for anyone creating educational courses, but especially for digital marketers who want to create dynamic and interactive learning materials from a solid and proven platform. Glad they were hunted and highly recommend this platform, one of the best, don;t think twice about grabbing it!
@oscar_hernandez3 Thank you Oscar! Indeed, we have marketers using Livresq also. It seams that many really like the interface and having it in multiple languages helps for sure.
I want to thank the livresq team for using it for teaching! I want to ask: in the future will the function export to embed code from the livresq library? This would help us better embed the courses on our website. Thank you for your answer.
@redemptoriste_cesko You can already embed each course/lesson from your private shelf or from the public Library from LIVRESQ. You just need to use the "Export" - "Publish to Library" (once you do this the course will get a permanent link that you can embed anywhere). We can guide you if you want to, just email us at help@livresq.com or I can do it directly, just write to me on linkedin or facebook so we can chat.
