Lighster has provided an incredible service to our UX research program over the past month. Pat is highly attentive and puts a noticeable amount of care and effort into ensuring logistical smoothness, from handling all of the scheduling and sending research candidates reminders in advance—overall, Pat has been an invaluable partner for our product team as we've been identifying new ways to efficiently expand our breadth of research. Throughout the past month—during which I met with 12 Lightsters for usability testing—I was able to dedicate the time I was saving to other business needs, which was an incredible value-add. There were some hiccups here and there, such as candidates canceling or needing to reschedule at the last minute, but that is to be expected to some degree, and I would not fault Lightster for those occasional shortcomings. Even still, Pat was always quick to communicate with me in those instances to figure out a solution in a timely manner. Having worked closely with Pat over the past month, I can confidently recommend Lightster's services, and I hope to continue our partnership as my team continues to mature its UX research process.

When we build products, we build them for people to use, and the best way to ensure they do that is to involve them in the process.
