What's the most frustrating thing about selling used stuff locally?

For me it was a $15 fan. I wrote a detailed description, included a link to the Amazon page with full specs. Still spent two days answering the same questions - wattage, year, does it work. 15 conversations. Best offer: $5. I donated it.
