Hi PH community! I'm Jung, co-founder and developer CEO of Klipy. I spend a lot of time building and selling what I've built, and sometimes it becomes very challenging for me to remember every interactions I have with my awesome customers. @memphys_sk currently we do have Slack connected just for our internal use, but it is built to be able to integrate with quite a lot of things. We also are exploring it with Clickup. Is there any specific use case you are looking for?

@memphys_sk @anastasiia_stepko We are actually just starting to review Linear, as our team is a bit more of an old breed from Jira šŸ˜¢ we do plan to add task management into the system but it sounds interesting to integrate with existing PM tools like Linear or Trello.

This looks interesting, but could you tell me, whats the advantage of using klip over attio? The crm is more or less identical, however attio has alot more features.

@oak_cassidy Valid point! Attio is really awesome and definitely a lot of inspirations for us. The public version doesn't include all features we have for current users. For example, the call analytics is a lightweight version of Gong, which doesn't exist in Attio. Also we have connectors and of course, GPT based QA over all CRM records and notes. This also doesn't exist in Attio. Our purpose isnt to build a CRM. We think CRM lacks a lot of features apart from the data thats already collected, meaning collection falls under the realm of manual labor of people, which we want to remove.

Hi @jung_hong_kim , Klipy sounds like a breakthrough for anyone in sales! How does Klipy handle different types of data input, like emails versus meeting notes?

@manan_gupta19 our current flows support emails, voice notes, and photos as input, and they are handled through our UI flows! Our tool doesn't have the good old 'Chat' that handles everything since we don't think users can maximize value if they have to find the right prompt themselves. Our tool is more focused on natural flow aligned with physical operations of sales and GTM professionals, with AI running in the background to fill all the gaps. This allows us to fine tune and safeguard the way we handle the data!

This is one of the reasons why we started this since I really needed to automate a lot of things in BD so I can stop my brain from splitting in half being a programmer and a salesperson at the same time haha

Congrats on the launch! I'd love to explore a use-case that revolves around no manual entry CRM for recruitment! My recruiters are spending hours every day on the phone with candidates and clients. We've heard countless of comments from sales complaining how difficult it is to user their current CRM. A tool that you use everyday day in your work should be helping but not adding extra workload because of the bad UX :(

@jpgohil93 thats exactly our goal! During our testing and research we found out average salesperson has to learn 12+ tools just to record and trace their deals and targets. We would like to make this as simple as possible!

@ginasapien honest response, in public version we don't. In our internal version, its integrated with Hubspot (I'm a Hubspot junkie). Our customers wanted to just replace the whole stack so thats why we built the simple CRM into our platform. We can always integrate with other CRMs on needed basis tho!

Congrats on the launch! How does the Call Analytics feature differentiate between long and short calls in terms of the insights it provides?

@alexander_dolton currently it should not matter the length of the call as the insights are extracted both on the transcript level and the intonation of the voice. Our differentiation will come more from the framework (qualification frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC, or MEDDPICC) and existing success cases from the sales playbook incorporated back into the analytics since we integrate with the knowledge bases.

Congratulations on the launch! I'm looking forward to trying out this tool for our firm. Love the fact it's built for entrepreneurs and small teams. We manage a lot of large scale projects with senior stakeholders, so having the right information at the right time is key. The sectors we serve also tend to have a lot of RFPs. Having all of that in one location and easy to search is super important to us. And I really like the no manual entry. My time can be better spent doing other activities, like serving our clients.
