Congrats @joshuakarjala on the hunt! Looks amazing :) Is this just for offices? With corona and people working more from home generally - have you thought about how this could work for remote teams and workers?

@greenlieber Thanks! The great thing about controlling all your screens from the cloud - means that they can be anywhere. Different offices across the globe - or remote and home offices. This makes it easy to have consistent communication everywhere with no-one being out of the loop. ps: Setting up an iPad in your home office gives you snazzy Kiosk screen ;)

@__tosh thanks for hunting us! We are super excited to be launching Kiosk into the world! Kiosk is a little baby of ours at Founders. The first code was written more than three years ago. After spreading a lot of joy in our office and several re-writes, we are ready to share it with you all! If you have any questions I'm happy to answer :) With our many templates we have tried to make it as easy as possible for anyone to put great content onto their screens! We are always open to new fun and engaging suggestions. Holiday Tip: For December we have some elf-fun to one of our templates ;)

This looks excellent! Is it easy for everyone on the team to add content to screens? Is it possible to lock some screens/scenes to an admin kind of user or have some open for the entire team to add content/announcements to?

@kasper_jacobsen currently in Kiosk any user that has been create in an organisation or team can access / put content on any screen. We are considering our options for more granular control in the future. In general we encourage teams to be democratic in their content generations since it leads to more engagement

I love this and I use it every day. Not only does it provide me with a new way to communicate with staff across the office, but it also means I have full creative control over the way things look. And in my case, it has to be as weird and wonderful as possible! Honestly, get a screen and use this in your office, you won't regret it.

I wrote a bit about how Kiosk TV changed my life as a comms person. Ok dramatic but seriously!! Slack is for collaborating and urgent stuff (like announcing lunch). Email is for taking time over. I am quite sure we will use this at the office. Tried to set it up, and once I understood it was really easy to try out a "screen" by going to https://tv.kiosk.show it was very smooth. Which platforms does it run on? By the way - very cool video!

@tobias_baunbaek_christensen awesome! - basically we run on any platform with a browser :) we also have native apps for iOS and Android, a Raspberry Pi image and AndroidTV is on it's way ;) We also have a dedicated hardware device in limited supply - if anyone is interested the y can email me joshua@kiosk.show

@steffen_hedebrandt Thanks for the kind words! Our client is a small React app controlling a webbrowser which renders the content. Our backend communicates with the screens over websockets! As of now we have open sourced a Raspberry Pi image (https://github.com/kihosk/kiosk-...) to get Kiosk running on your own Pi - and soon we will open source the whole client so users can get it to run on any niche platform

Thanks @emil_thiim_berner_hansen1 - of course digital signage isn't new - but we have focused a lot on making a CMS full of beautiful and easy to use templates. It's our experience that it's super important to have awesome and up to date content on your screens to drive engagement. So our main goal is to make it a breeze to publish new content every day or week. We also make it as easy as possible to get a screen up and running - on anything from a browser tab to a mobile device or hardware.

Hi @alexsmacd ! We are still working on our pricing - but we aren't looking to undercut the market substantially. The plan is to have plans for BYOD and plans with the device included - so you don't have to purchase and install your own device. Feel free to reach directly for further enquiry

First of all, what a nice website with a lot of good 80's taste remixed. As I was delighted to see and experience highly intuitively a serious alternative to well-known digital signage competitors. Kudos to you guys! I really love it, as I see a huge potential for clients. So many creatives feature we can add into a wonderful UI/UX backend and frontend. Really enjoy the browser screen pairing, so simple and efficient; instead of some glitches on the frontend screen displaying a loading message. I got a ton of inspirations to create proposals for clients! Curious to see how you will implement Premium features: i.e white-label, mp4, iframe, embed, and integrations... Congrats again! Rudy

While we have a huge focus on our CMS portion - making it fast and easy to generate content - We are not on the Amazon devices yet - but have some pre-lim tests that look promising. Any specific devices you need? - What kind of white label options are you looking for?
