@berkaydin Thanks! I will add solutions/answers, just wanted to see how it performs without them. I got a lot of feedback from other users and solutions are definitely needed :)

very nice, some very good questions. Categorization between juinor, mid and senior is very helpful. Will share with my friends too. I think there is some minor issue with update counter. you might be using ISR but its not updating everytime.
