Mark Mankarious
@heyayushh thanks for the feedback, I'll see what I can do
Tyler Bell
@heyayushh @markmanx yes! that would be totally awesome!
Katie M. Beymer
@heyayushh @markmanx @tyler_bell1 oh man, i would loooove that function, this product is amazing @markmanx, well done

Looks nice but if you are going to say that this is to create cloud diagrams then you need to add the icons packs from the big cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google)
Mark Mankarious
@ejameswill yes I think this is becoming the number one feedback point. Will look into adding more. Thanks Erwin. 👍
Erwin James Will
@markmanx the cloud providers do offer icons for download. here is Azure's https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us...
Mark Mankarious
@ejameswill thank you 👍
Gabe Aigner
I love how it works and feels. Great!
Mark Mankarious
@gabrielaigner glad to hear it. I replied to your email. Good luck with your project.
Fayaz Ahmed
This amazing @markmanx, the design is so thoughtful, I wish this evolves to more than just cloud diagrams.
Mark Mankarious
@fayaz_aralikatti thanks Fayaz, I would especially like to make it a more general diagramming tool one day. Do you have a specific use case?
Gaurav Kaushik
I really enjoy how it looks and feels. Others mentioned additional icons. Keyboard shortcuts would also be a nice touch. Looking forward to see how it develops!
Mark Mankarious
@gaurav_bio thanks Guarav, yes additional icons are probably the biggest request so far. Keyboard shortcuts probably nice to have at this point, but definitely on the radar. What icons are on your wishlist?
Apollo monitor
Amazing, a bit more choice on the icons or custom upload would be great but as it is this is a solid product!!
Mark Mankarious
@apollomonitor thanks for the feedback. Seems to be a common theme, I'll look into it. What single icon would you like to see the most?
Kwuang Tang
@apollomonitor @markmanx I'd personally like to see caches (eg. redis), task queue workers (eg. for rabbitmq), ALBs, and CDNs :)
Nastya Mikeyeva
@markmanx Thanks for this instrument.
Mark Mankarious
@mikeyeva thanks for checking it out Nastya.
NaveenKumar Namachivayam
Super cool. Please add more icons, session is getting expired too quick. BTW, website is throwing 502.
Mark Mankarious
@naveenkumar thanks Naveen, yep something definitely happened. Just brought it back online, will keep an eye on it. Thanks for flagging.
NaveenKumar Namachivayam
@markmanx my Wishlist for icons would be all Kubernetes related stuffs: pod, deploy, services etc. Generic icons would be cloud, on prem, load balancers, windows/mac/Linux, firewall, DMZ, authentication/authorization, allow/deny etc. :) I can keep going but let me stop here. :)
Mark Mankarious
@naveenkumar that's plenty! Thank you 👍
Sam Robbins
Awesome product, the option to remove the isometric grid in the export would be nice
Mark Mankarious
@sam_robbins1 thanks, I'll look into it for the next version.
Hussein Yahfoufi
Looks great as a start. You have plenty of competition in this space tho. What made you decide to build your own? I use diagram builders all the time but I am more focused on process flows than network diagrams.
Mark Mankarious
@husseinyahfoufi Hi Hussein, thanks for the feedback. I wanted to build something that was easy and even fun to use. The aesthetic of the diagram is also a little bit cartoony and lighter than a lot of the other tools out there so even non techy people can get engaged with the diagrams without being overwhelmed. I'm interested in representing process workflows with it too, so if you're up for it I'd love to have a chat with you about your thoughts on that.
Lucas Le Ray
It's exactly what I need! I'm trying it, I'll give you some feedbacks soon!
Mark Mankarious
@lucas_le_ray thank you Lucas for the email. Will look into adding more icons for the next version. Will keep you updated. 👍
Tim Connors
Awesome stuff! Would love to hear what sort of frontend technologies were used to make this! I know this isn't trivial to throw together
Mark Mankarious
@tim_connors Hi Tim. It's Mithril for the UI and Paperjs for the diagram editor. You'll also find a sprinkle of Materialize UI components in there. 👍
Alexander J. Marsh
Yep as soon as all the major AWS/GCP/Azure services have icons available just let me know what my monthly subscription costs is and sign me up.
Lazar Nikolov
This is amazing! Thanks @markmanx! 🚀
Mark Mankarious
@lazar_nikolov1 thanks for checking it out. 👍
Joe
Trying
Mark Mankarious
@rolodexter thanks for checking it out, let me know if you have problems
Salih Mujcic
Love it! As others have mentioned a few more choices but looks and works great!
Mark Mankarious
@salih_mujcic thanks Salih. What icon choices would you want in there?
Vignesh Warar

Mark Mankarious
@vignestion happy to hear you're finding it useful Vignesh. Thanks for the feedback. Let me know if you have some specific use cases

Vlad Korobov
really nice, great job
Mark Mankarious
@vlad_korobov thank you Vlad, hope you find it useful.
George Apostolov
Looks great, although I was looking for a way to put items in a group or surround the items in a circle or a rectangle to specify that they are part of a particular network and I couldn't find a way to do that.
Mark Mankarious
@telltrail you can colour code related items and connectors so they appear unified, but unfortunately no way to draw boxes around things at the moment. Will put it on the wishlist. 👍
