Really neat idea. Do you think it introduces some bias by seeing the person's face before looking at their credentials?

@christopher_lee4 We all have a face! I think it's time to embrace ourselves and be proud of who we are, what we've done and learned. It's not about our face it's about our character.

Ellie, I love this (as you know!) I believe video is the single best way to humanize the matchmaking process that hiring (and applying) should be. When used right, that is! It is awesome to see candidates in this way and I hope it becomes ubiquitous. Thanks for sharing this.
