There're many advantages of remote work; however, we shouldn't forget one of the biggest pitfalls - negatively affected social bonds. It’s a Microsoft Teams virtual assistant making it easy to improve social bonds for hybrid and remote teams. Through gamification, Intervy helps connect employees from different departments and brings them together for various networking discussions and cross-functional learning opportunities. After onboarding, each channel member will receive a question to answer about themselves. 4.
