I think it's safe to say that remote work is here to stay. There're many advantages of remote work; however, we shouldn't forget one of the biggest pitfalls - negatively affected social bonds. During remote work, we should uphold camaraderie and relationships with our colleagues. Happy and engaged employees are productive employees, as we know. 🙂
That’s why we created Intervy. It’s a Microsoft Teams virtual assistant making it easy to improve social bonds for hybrid and remote teams. Through gamification, Intervy helps connect employees from different departments and brings them together for various networking discussions and cross-functional learning opportunities.
It works like this:
1. Install the app to your Microsoft Teams workspace.
2. Add the app to a team channel.
3. After onboarding, each channel member will receive a question to answer about themselves.
4. Receive a quiz including a colleague's answer every workday; the goal is to guess which colleague has provided that answer.
5. Earn points for answers and quizzes, competing on a monthly leaderboard.
Our mission is to improve productivity for hybrid and remote teams, bringing joyfulness and socialization into the workplace.
