I think interviewing in the future will be a 2 sided platform. My AI avatar talks to your AI avatar and we can all do 2000 interviews per second and see what matches. Then at the end we do IRL interviews for the top 3-5 candidate matches.

I've got to say, Interview.co has been a breath of fresh air for our hiring team. Gone are the days of playing calendar tetris with candidates across different time zones. Now, we just send out the interview requests and review responses whenever we get a chance. It's so much less stressful! The questions it comes up with for each role are pretty spot-on. I was skeptical at first, but they've helped us dig deeper with candidates than our old scripted questions ever did. Plus, it's saved me from spending hours brainstorming what to ask. One thing I really appreciate is how it puts all the interview notes and scores in one place. No more digging through emails or deciphering my own handwriting. Everything's right there when I need it. We're still getting the hang of some of the newer bells and whistles, like the voice-to-text thing. Seems cool, though I haven't fully wrapped my head around it yet. If you're drowning in resumes and endless interview rounds, I'd definitely recommend giving Interview.co a shot!
