InterimAPI - Custom API endpoints with realistic fake data in seconds

I find myself needing a fully-functioning mock database with an API that's tailored to the project I'm working on pretty often, and while there are a few similar options out there none really hit the sweet spot for me. So, I built something that does! We use it at Draftbit for product testing and demos, creating example apps and screens, and when writing tutorials. Some other good use cases include: - Setup fake data to pull into design tools like Figma - Prototype frontend UIs using realistic data without waiting for an API - Ideate database schemas in parallel with designers and developers - Start building frontends without needing to have a backend setup - Spin-up quick databases with APIs for quality control and debugging - Lots more! There's already over 60 different types of Data Generators and more being added. Requests are definitely welcome. You can also create custom generators by combining them with plain text. I've been using InterimAPI for months now on many test/demo mobile apps. It's powerful and reliable. The UX is straight forward and it does exactly what you need (i.e., generate fake, realistic data endpoints). The amount of built-in Data Generators is impressive: Real Text, Full Name, Full Address, Lat/Long, Phone, Credit Card Number, Hex Color, Job Title, PNG File, etc. You can also make a custom generator for your own specific needs. Beyond the standard GET, POST, PUT, DELETE methods, InterimAPI also offers convenient Query (filter, sort, limit, group…) and Aggregate (count, min, max, avg…) functions out-of-the-box. And I'm not even talking about the existing Templates to help you get started and the thorough documentation. Give it a try!
