HypeDocs - Track achievements, gain confidence, beat imposter syndrome

Hey Everyone! I’m Aashni, the founder of HypeDocs. When I joined my last job, I had lost most of my confidence and felt imposter syndrome. My manager recommended I start a HypeDoc - a living list of all my achievements. I started tracking my wins and could immediately tell the positive impact it had on me. Love this! I was raised to be humble (southern US culture for ya), but now that I’m in tech, you gotta be HYPED ON YOURSELF. This product seems like a great way to track accomplishments for pitches, job interviews, and performance reviews—and just general self-worth & confidence. It's such a needed thing today, just signed up. Getting started is super simple and I already started to hype :) UI is so appealing. When I moved abroad, I wanted to highlight all the UPS and positive achievements to help me get through the tough times. When I started using HypeDocs, it was a game-changer, because I was able to get sweet reminders in my inbox that always made me smile. Those reminders help me beat imposter syndrome when it comes to working as a female, underrepresented solo founder and also help me feel encouraged and empowered about my bold decision to live abroad. Absolutely love this product. It is a perfect reflective and confidence building tool not only for your professional life but also using it with my 2 teens who are able to easily track all their achievements big and small. I can see this coming in handy with all sorts of uses including university applications and job interviews. Love how easy it is and simple to use.

I started using Hypedocs last summer . Coming from an environment where there's a lot of pressure on us, for example academia or very strict families, we often forget that what we are doing is fine and that some of our achievements are actually very special. Hypedocs has helped me refocus when I needed it most, by reminding me what I've accomplished so far. I haven't used the function to set goals yet but I'll get on it. I can see this would be a very useful tool to use when in the job hunting process. For questions like "whats the best thing you've achieved" etc etc, having your hypes laid out like that can make it easier to answer. Thanks @aashnisshah, really nicely done !
