Basically, the pricing depends on the service plan (Shared, Flexible, Dedicated/Collocated), the rank of the team and the number of iterations of the product as drawn in the product roadmap. 2. Commitments/Service Plans: The following are the Commitment Service Plans: Shared Service Experience (side gig), Flexible Service Experience (3 days/week), Dedicated & Collocated Service Experience (5 days a week). 3. Intellectual Property: The IP belongs to the clients, although this is hosted on the Grupa repository integration system. 4. Risk Management: Each team/crew is composed of designers, engineers, product managers, and QA. Grupa automated tracking system and our in-house program managers track execution of the project. We track velocity and can replace non-effective teams to guarantee delivery. 5. Resources provided by Grupa: In addition to the cross-functional engineering team, our operating system provides the resources (support system, mentorship and community), tools and infrastructure (hosting, server etc) at no cost! to help innovators build the next big thing on the internet.
