When your AI doesn’t crash — it just drifts

by

Ever notice how most AI systems don’t fail dramatically?
They just… start giving “almost right” answers.

Still running. Still responding.
Just quietly wrong.

We saw this happen again and again while testing agentic systems- context fading, retries looping, memory slowly losing shape.

So instead of chasing smarter models, we built GraphBit to focus on discipline over intelligence:

  • versioned memory

  • rollback on drift

  • lock-free execution (Rust core + Python API)

Because AI doesn’t need to be smarter, it needs to stay steady.

Curious:
what’s the most subtle AI failure you’ve ever seen in production?
