Thanks so much to the Product Hunt community! I'm super excited to bring Fundhomes to everyone on the platform - the last few months building Fundhomes has been quite a journey, and we are nearing our final SEC approval to finally help everyone who wants to build wealth through Real Estate achieve that goal. Real Estate has always been one of the best ways to build wealth, yet over the last few years it has become inaccessible and hard to reach for many. Only 7% of US Workers report having any sort of Real Estate investment outside their own home. We are working to make Real Estate investing more accessible and less effort so that we can all participate in this awesome asset class. So that's why we are building Fundhomes! We have started with 2 Vacation Rental properties, but that doesn't mean we're new to the game. Our CEO Ming Zhu has been managing over 20 of there Airbnb/VRBO properties and getting excellent returns over the last 7 years. We have talent from Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Snapchat on the team and can build the platform to make it as easy as possible for you. Our next steps are to grow our investor community and launch our public investment offerings once we get final SEC approval (hopefully in the next couple weeks!!) Speaking of making it accessible, we are giving away a free share in our first property “Polaris” (or whichever property you choose to invest in) to our Product Hunt community! @gordi_braun Great question, we charge a variable property management fee based on how successful the property performs that is below the market rate at 15-20% gross revenue, as well as a 1% asset management fee yearly. Have you worked with property management companies before?

@jack_donnell - I did eventually receive the code in my inbox (not spam) it just took a while. On the signup form you might consider adding a note that it can take up to XX minutes to receive the code and that it is valid for 30 minutes - I suppose we tend to get used to codes like that arriving within seconds and get impatient LOL. I also got a referral link email. If I refer a friend I see that they get a free share but do I, as the referrer, receive any sort of referral credit? I didn't see it mentioned in the terms. Thanks! @stanley_holtsclaw Hey Stanley! Happy to hear about the code working - as for the referral, we will be rolling out a two way referral program and rewarding based on referrals as well, but for the moment it’s only for new sign ups. I’ll make sure you earned that $10 reward as well!

@nicksun07 Thanks for the support Nick! We are working with Accredited Investors right now - but we filed our SEC Regulation A+ which means anyone can be an investor! We filed a few months ago but expect to get approved in the next few weeks :)
