Test your spoken German for Free! Record yourself speaking German for 90 seconds, submit, and within 24 hours a German teacher will send you your CEFR level as well as a recommendation on how to improve.

Hey! I built Free German Test to allow you get your CEFR level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1) for your spoken German as well as feedback from a teacher. The concept: We give you 2 questions and we record you answering them in German. Our teachers then review your recording, assess your level, and send you tips on how to improve based on your weak spots. You get this within 24 hours and it is free. There are people out there who have learned German, but if they have not been to lessons in a while or are self-taught, they won't know their level and they might be curious. There are also exam takers who will want some feedback on their level before taking the oral German exam to give them an idea of how they are progressing. Along with your level, you also get improvement tips from our teachers which will help you work on weak spots in your spoken German. I built this for fun, but also as an accompaniment to my main business, Deutsch Gym, where people practice their spoken German online in groups. Thank you for checking it out.
