@dash4u thanks for the question. The report builder woks like Notion, so you can brand and customize the reports as you wish. We are not preventing users to use their own branding.

Hey Imre, How does the discreet spectator mode work in practice? I can see it being useful for observing natural user behavior, but I'm wondering about the ethical considerations and how you ensure participants are aware they're being observed. Congrats on the launch!
Imre Guaglianone
hi @kyrylosilin the discrete spectator allows you to invite hidden participants to user interviews, so not really tailored around field studies, but it can be stretched to fit this use case. Regarding your concerns, the platform provides the necessary feedback and our main concern is an ethical use of data. Rest assured the researcher is the one who must ensure an ethical use of the platform abiding to our terms of use.

Does Fred’s behavioral analytics include session recordings for mobile users as well? It’d be great to know how it handles that! Curious!
Imre Guaglianone
@kadyouilina definitely yes! it includes session recordings and heatmaps for all devices.
Ira M. Cassidy
It would be cool if Fred offered some templates for common research studies. Could save a lot of time for beginners! Just a thought!
Imre Guaglianone
@ira_m_cassidy we got you covered, templates will be available by the end of the year.
Brian Perez
Finally, a tool that makes user research less like a guessing game and more like a science experiment! 🧪🔬 How do you keep the data analysis from becoming a lab of chaos?
Imre Guaglianone
@perez_brian Fred handles data efficiently and provides selected data-viz methods to consult the results. Nonetheless, at any time, you are free to download and upload back your data, which is very handy when you got outliers or abusers.

Fred - The UXR Shepherd looks like a solid tool for anyone serious about user research. I love how it combines various research methods in one place, making organization so much easier. The User Sphere for prototype interactions and collaborative ideation is a big plus for teamwork! Plus, the unmoderated usability testing feature can help gather diverse feedback, which is often hard to achieve. I’m particularly excited about the upcoming AI-driven insights and advanced behavioral tracking in the Agency Plan—all crucial for deepening understanding of user behavior. Overall, Fred seems like a well-rounded solution for modern UX research!

This is an impressive launch! Kudos to @imre_gi and the Kiquix team for creating such a comprehensive UXR solution. It looks like Fred has the potential to really streamline the research process by bringing everything into one platform. The features like unmoderated usability testing and advanced behavioral tracking are game-changers. I love the idea of facilitating broad participant engagement while simplifying insight capture with tools like the Report Builder. Can’t wait to join the Beta and see how Fred can enhance my research workflows! Anyone else excited about the upcoming theme analysis and AI-driven insights? 🚀
Thomas Stanley
This looks impressive, @imre_gi! I'm curious about how Fred differentiates itself from other UXR platforms when it comes to gathering insights. With the upcoming features like advanced theme analysis and AI sentiment analysis, do you think these will truly change the way researchers interpret data? Also, could you elaborate on how the recruitment process for testers works? Are there any specific filters or criteria that might help ensure we're connecting with the right participants? Looking forward to your thoughts!
Imre Guaglianone
@thomas_stanley we streamline the entire process, from study ideation, data gathering, data analysis to reporting and sharing. Streamline the process is one of the major downsides from our competitors, and one of the reasons costs (time and money) skyrocket when running research studies. The testers recruitment is done by us and by customers using the platform. Anyone can join as tester after completing the screening process. And yes, you can filter down the tester pool with +100 parameters. This will allow you to pick the right audience for your studies.
Aditi Mishra
Congrats on the launch! This looks awesome. The biggest problem I've run into with user research is making the results available and useful for the broader team. Does Fred help solve for that? 🙏
Imre Guaglianone
@aditimroy of course yes! You can invite your team, or else share reports and findings without having them registering an account into the platform.
Nick Willstrop
How does this tool handle large volumes of data during high-traffic research periods? Is there a limit to the amount of data that can be processed in real-time?
Imre Guaglianone
@nick_willstrop the sky is the limit :) Jokes apart, large volumes of data aren't a problem at all, and no, there is no limit set on the amount of data that can be processed in real-time.

Great to see Kiquix's innovative approach with Fred the UXR Shepherd! 🎉 The combination of collaborative features and advanced behavioral tracking really sets it apart in the crowded UXR space. The flexible usability testing and easy report-building options will surely enhance productivity for any team. Looking forward to exploring the Beta and providing feedback. Amazing work, @imre_gi! How do you envision the insights feature evolving in the future?
Imre Guaglianone
@zanereed596, thematic analysis is one of the core activities when running research studies. We'll empower such feature as much as we can. The closer update I see is to introduce the possibility of tagging video key-frames from unmoderated usability testing, interview recordings and session recordings, to bring such data into thematic analysis.
Emma Ning

Congrats on launch of Fred-The UXR shepherd.....
Liora Lyons
I'm impressed with how intuitive the setup is for card sorting and surveys. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making user research more accessible and effective.
Charlotte Combes
I think this platform has a lot of potential, but it would be even better if it provided more detailed case studies on how different tech stacks are used in real projects.
Imre Guaglianone
@charlotte_combes we track techstack already and it's available as report within the analytics.
