Hey Product Hunt 👋, I’m Andrew Charlton, co-founder of Formula God, a Google Sheets add-on to do everything you need in Sheets with one single formula, using AI. I’m a huge Google Sheets fan and love everything about the product. But even I struggle to remember formula syntax and spend a bunch of time creating them. With so much wasted time, I pondered on a ‘formulaless’ future. 🤔 The ‘boring side’ of AI has fascinated me. Not how it can be used to create digital assets or short stories, but how it can be used to automate much of our day-to-day life. So we set out on a path to build a different Google Sheets experience using AI.💡 One where all formulae are combined into one, and you simply talk to Sheets to do what you want it to do. The result is Formula God. ✨ Formula God is designed to make your life easier by understanding what you want to do in Google Sheets and automating the process. Just type in =formulagod(“your range of data”, “What you want to do with it”) and it will do it all for you. Some examples of commands 👇 👉 Total Percentage: "Calculate the total average percentage from column 1 to column 2" 👉 Filter Ranges: "Filter the range where Column 4 = 'Female'" 👉 Extract Data: "Extract the subfolder from each URL" 👉 VLOOKUPS: "If the emails in range 1 match the emails in column 1 of range 2, return column 3" Can't wait to see what you all think. @andrewcharlton @florin_biro it can do pretty much everything at the moment outside of imports (which we’re working on) and some other less popular functions. Haven’t decided on pricing, but we’ll have a free plan. And likely $5-$10 mins per month for a good amount of credits.

Nice - it's more than just saving the time to look up an Excel function and how to use it. This can actually do the work of what might normally take multiple nested functions and extra cells to debug them.

@marc_lebovitz yeah 100%. It's a different way of working. If your input doesn't achieve your desired output, you just make your input more specific.
