@oguzgelal Really great demo flow :) I love the pandadoc integration too ✍️ I feel like AI enabled deal rooms are going to be so ubiquitous soon that if you don't have them it will be super frustrating for any enterprise buyer.

I used to hate having to send 50 emails, speak to 20 stakeholders on slack channels, whatsapp, share the same documents, links, videos over and over again. Emails get lost. New stakeholders join and you need to convince them all over. So I decided to build Flowla so all your stakeholders join a private room to close a deal. And each time someone asks something new, it's all in there! And + you get actionable insights on how much warmth there is in your deal, who engages with what - so you're no longer left in the dark.

Congrats on the launch Flowla team! The tool is well built and beautiful. Those meeting notes can be added inside Flowla? The AI feature for building flow is very interesting.

@atsuhiro_teshima Thank you for your support! And happy to hear that you like Flowla 😊 Yes, we currently do have a native "meeting notes" asset where you can add details on your meetings. On the roadmap we have in-depth integrations with tools like Gong so we can fetch meeting summaries in much more detail. Do you use similar AI tools that summarize meetings?

The tool itself and the video have a very clean and eye pleasing UI. You show some charts with +35%, users can do some data analysis within Flowla? The tool seems pretty polished already, so what do you have in mind for after your launch? Congratulations to the Flowla team!

@julienergan Thanks for the support! 😊 I see you're launching Morph soon, "Notify Me"'ed! On the platform, we currently show pretty in-depth insights on flows - things like viewer sessions, info about the viewers, what part of the flow they viewed, for how long they viewed, their comments, reactions etc. But the data we have isn't only limited to flows, which is why we recently launched reports. Under the reports, we're crunching the data in different ways to show you more in-depth analytics not only related to flows, but your entire organization, the sellers data in your organization, the collateral data and how they performed. Using reports, it is possible to do detailed analysis and even experiments. For example, let's say you can't decide which PDF works better in your outreach campaigns. You could do your own A/B testing all within Flowla by uploading both versions of the PDF as different assets, then sending them out in different flows, and comparing the performance of both those assets. I can tell you much more on it if you're interested :) Alongside reporting, we have a handful of advanced integrations that we're currently working on - most notably Zapier (already implemented, invite-only at the moment, will be published soon) and SalesForce (awaiting approval). Also, soon you'll be able to get your documents e-signed all within Flowla, without your prospects ever leaving the flow. Great things are coming up 😊

Nice! Communicating what's to come, how you think the sales flow will be to potential customers in advance looks very useful. Is there anyway for the customers to shape that experience with feedback?

@berkaym Glad that you see the merit in our approach :) Regarding the feedback: We allow flow viewers to rate and comment on the digital experience they've been presented at the very last step. And flow creators can view these comments and ratings on the analytics page. This allows them to fine tune the flow :) Does this answer your question?

@julia_demyanchuk Thank you for sharing! Like you said, unifying all these channels within one link could indeed help. When you do outreaches, do you use a tool to track engagements? That's something we found most useful, that when we send out flows via email / linkedin, we could track the engagements and monitor how recipients responds to it. Also when they are like presented with something that is personalized to their brand, that also helps gets them to stick and engage more :)

Hey Flowla Team! Congrats on the launch. 🚀 Shortened sales cycles and streamlined workflows is what we love to hear! I might have missed it but Is there the ability to leave notes at different stages of a flow? Either for internal or external use?

@carolmoh wow, great point Carol 🥂 We built "annotations" feature for this. you can add text or video annotations to any step you add to yoru flows. Using annotations, you could - highlight a specific part within the content - summarize a proposal - ask a question (to kickstart a conversation) and more!
