Hi PH! Delighted to be back with another launch 🚀 I've had a WHOOP strap (a smart wearable not too dissimilar to a Fitbit or Apple watch) for almost three years now and I love it, but I've always wanted more data than the WHOOP app shows you: specifically I wanted a better understanding of my long-term trends over months and years rather than days and weeks. That desire coupled with WHOOP recently releasing an official public API led to me building fitIQ. Initially the idea was just to present your WHOOP metrics in new and interesting visualizations and let you query your data any which way you wanted, but it's grown into much more since launching the beta a few months ago. Today, fitIQ offers WHOOP users stacks of stuff on top of their WHOOP membership: * 40+ visualizations of a variety of WHOOP metrics across four categories: Sleep, Training, Wellbeing and Vitals * Trend analysis: see how 20 key metrics are trending over the last 6 weeks, months, quarters or years * Goal tracking: set goals against one of 16 WHOOP metrics and track them on a weekly, monthly or annual basis * Streak tracking: get on a roll and stay there with streaks which promote and reward healthy habits * Achievement badges: 40 or so (I've lost count and it grows weekly) badges to go after: some reward sleep, some reward exercise, some are serious and others still are just a bit of fun - including some hidden badges which you only see when (or if!) you unlock them * Public profile pages: fitIQ is private by default, but if you want to, you can choose to share a very limited view of your public data (see mine at https://fitiq.io/nick) * Journal behaviour analysis: learn how certain behaviours positively or negatively impact a range of key metrics There's more to it but I don't want to spoil everything. If you've got a WHOOP, I'd love you to check fitIQ out - and if you don't, get one and join the party! In either case, feel free to check out the demo site which gives a full view of the Pro fitIQ experience but with dummy data: https://demo.fitiq.io Thanks in advance for any feedback! 🙏

Hi Nick. Pro member here. I think the additional insight on recovery this provides would really be of interest to anyone who uses TrainingPeaks. In the past when I was cross country MTB racing I'd have loved all this info. Right now I love it because it allows a deeper dive into recovery and what helps and what hinders recovery. This is especially useful as I'm having some health difficulties at the moment at a metabolic level and to have this biofeedback is invaluable. Keep up the good work and I hope it grows as big as veloviewer which as I've stated previously on Reddit FitIQ reminds me of the complimentary way this supports a number of other products such as TrainingPeaks and perhaps Strava as well as Whoop.

@mark50 thank you so much for the support and taking the time to comment Mark - it means a huge amount to me (both here and on Reddit, and of course your Pro membership! 🙏)

This is amazing, I love using this product. It's intuitive and gives me an amazing insight into how alcohol affects my sleeping and training recovery.

@mrrio thanks James 🫡. Yeah, the insights are handy aren't they? Sometimes wish I didn't look though... 🍻

Hi Nick. I like the UI - it's pretty straightforward. Best of luck with your launch!
Nick Payne
@martin_demiger thank you very much! Straightforward is about the best I can do (developer first, designer a distant second) so I'll take that. The main goal was to make it clean if not jaw dropping and after months of tweaking and iterating I'm pretty happy with where it is today across a range of mobile, tablet and desktop resolutions. Still lots more to do though! 🚀
