What we learned:

Launch day is only the tip of the iceberg
Preparation is everything, momentum is built long before you hit “publish”
The community you nurture matters just as much as the product you ship
A PH launch builds credibility and brand authority… but it doesn’t necessarily drive conversions. That’s a separate challenge.
