I built Fat2Lose because I got tired of long weight loss articles. Thus, I made a collection of actionable no-bullshit tips to help people lose weight.
They are all based on my personal experience, studies, books, and shared experiences of other people. They helped me to lose over 20kg. In the process, I learned that losing weight is a simple process that requires just 2 things: motivation and knowledge. I really love the idea and concept, but there are some things that I would recommend checking with a professional. For example, eating 3 times a day ... if you mean eating 3 big meals a day, then that's fine, but if you're talking only 3 food-intake a day, that's not correct. Ideally, you'll have 3 main meals, where portion-size fits your needs (half the plate is vegetables, 1/4 protein, 1/4 grain) and then you take healthy snacks between breakfast and lunch, afternoon, evening and then you have dinner. Of all health professionals I've worked with, it was the ones who recommended this approach the ones who got me the best results, because you keep the metabolism active at all times by processing food. It's more about the quality of the food you consume in between meals, than the amount of meals a day, really.
