Wondering if this will seem unprofessional in some industries? Have you done any research on how employees (and employers) perceive these graphic signatures?
Nonetheless, the are very cool!
@oliver_bahne Yes ! Big teams and corporate clients have the option to request a custom signature and we have templates that a less "Salesy" for their need
We'll soon realease an update catered especially to teams and bigger ventures
Right now Emailee is Ideal for freelances, students and solopreneurs tryng to make a good impression and stand out from the crowd.
We're testing extensively on cold email outreach, and cold emails with an Emailee signature do convert better :)
Hi @clara_simone! Congratulations on the launch.
I think that makes sense. There is definitely a market out there for something like this, however, my first thought is how willing companies are to pay for this type of service.
Is the pitch that you are essentially replacing a designer, who would be doing this freelance? I.e., do you have any indication of the "revenue capacity" of business in this space, as it seems there are already quite a few free options in the market. E.g. I believe Hubspot has a very simple signature editor which is free.
@oliver_bahne The market is huge : 347.3 Billion personal emails are sent each day.
Only a fraction of them use the marketing power of email banners.
Competitors use traditional .html template that rarely brings value to an email.
Very few allow to centralize the management of you employees email signatures and banners
Our next step is about releasing a team management system (in the upcoming weeks) and we CAN'T WAIT :)
@oliver_bahne2 in big companies, it's very difficult for marketing to deploy easily a new and uniform email signature and banner throughout thousands of collaborators.
each employee tends to do their own signature, they don't respect brand guidelines... or corporate have outdates (boring) templates that bring nothing to an email
Imagine, having 200 sales people, sending 6 emails per day, you would be missing out on 27K chances to make a good impression
you can change in one place the Call to Action of all your team mates email, for an event, sharing a job offer and so on
@sentry_co We'll be releasing classic html templates very soon, but images make it pop a lot.
It's sometimes better to make a good impression on 80% of your contacts depending on your network and goals
@flexbox Not currently, but this is one hell on an idea :)
Workaround would be to create a banner linked to your blog's homepage and showcase the lastest article on top of the page
@clara_simone nah no image 😄
only plain text
- faster to load
- indexable so people can search
- support light / dark mode
- accessible if people have 140% font size on their phone
- ...

@flexbox we know, but data on cold outreach emailing shows better results with our solution
We are preparing case studies with data to show you that it’s a personal branding hack
Haven't tried the product but I love the homepage, easy to follow and you go straight into the examples so i know what to expect. Also like the simple pricing.
This platform looks very neat, is easy to use, and would be incredibly helpful for students like me who are actively seeking jobs and reaching out to recruiters on a daily basis. It has the potential to make us stand out! Just a thought: consider including university students in your target audience if they aren't already. 😄
The gleaming gold coin, adorned with intricate designs, held a timeless allure, embodying wealth and prestige. Its weight carried history, whispering tales of trade, conquest, and fortune across generations.
